ASC Software in Italy
Autoship Systems Corporation (ASC) and its Italian dealer, Navalia di Stefano Thermes s.a.s. are pleased to announce that Cantiere Navale Ippolito of Santa Maria di Castellabate, Italy has recently launched two tuna fishing boats entirely designed in ASC software.

The tuna boats, with length overall of 45m, first had their surfaces modeled in Autoship ship design software, stability and strength analysis done in Autohydro, and all internal structure modeled in Autostructure. All structural parts were then made from the drawing output of Autostructure.

Ing. Vincenzo Ippolito, the owner of Cantiere Navale Ippolito, says: "With the Autoship software we have been able to improve both our efficiency and precision in fishing boat design."

Cantiere Navale Ippolito is a fishing boatyard near the ancient Roman town of Paestum. Founded in 1948, Cantiere Navale Ippolito is known throughout Italy for its excellent fishing boats.
