Autohydro
Autoship Systems Corporation is pleased to announce that
they have entered into license agreement to deliver Autohydro-Pro
to London Offshore Consultants. London Offshore has offices
in Dubai, UAE, Houston, Texas and London, England. Autohydro
is the market leading PC-based hydrostatics and stability
program. Autohydro-Pro calculates both intact and
damages stability, longitudinal strength for an unlimited
number of tanks.
For many years London Offshore maintained their own
in-house developed DOS program for producing Stability
Booklets. With the purchase of Autohydro they
will stop maintaining their DOS program and begin enjoying
the advanced Windows Graphical User Interface features
of Autohydro.
New developments for Autohydro 5 in 2001, include
the following:
Release 1 - Automatic generation of summary
report. A real time saver in making Stability Books!
This release will also include a "behind the scenes"
product improvement, as routines will be strengthened,
and made more robust, permitting more abstract user
analyses.
Release 2 - A revision of the Autohydro
report editor. All over the world, customers require
reports in specific localized formats. The new Autohydro
report will easily allow for this local customization.
2002 (A sneak preview) - Planned for 2002. Allowable
heeling moment table-based on grain stability assessment,
and stability criteria enhancement to allow dynamic
limits.
