Purchased Autoship Pro, Autohydro Pro, Autoplate and
Autostructure for a diverse range of ship design projects.
Since its establishment in 1984, Grandweld has established
a distinguished track record in projects from initial
design to class approval. The company has also gained
an excellent reputation for offshore repair work.
KEPPEL
CORPORATION
A new division within Keppel Corporation (Offshore and
Marine Group)
has purchased another copy of Autohydro Pro - bringing
Keppel's Autohydro Pro installation base to 5. The company
uses Autohydro to test stability on marine-related projects.
KING
ABDUL AZIZ UNIVERSITY
At King Abdul Aziz University (Saudi Arabia), the Faculty
of Marine
Science purchased 2 seats of the Autoship Works Package
(which includes Autoship Pro, Autohydro Pro, Autostructure,
Autoplate, Autopower, and Autonest). The software will
be used for teaching Saudi Arabia's future naval architects.
POSEIDON
MARINE CONSULTANTS
Poseidon Marine Consultants of Newfoundland purchased
Autohydro Pro
for stability analysis on a new line of trawlers. Poseidon
Marine
Consultants is a Canadian company of Naval Architects,
Marine Engineers and Surveyors. Based in St. John's,
Newfoundland they serve the fishery, offshore oil industry,
commercial shipping and marine underwriters. In addition
to activities in Canada, they have been involved with
the supervision of major ship repairs in the United
States, South America and Europe.
SOCIETIES
DES TRAVERSES DU QUEBEC
Societies des Traverses du Quebec purchased Autohydro
Pro for checking stability on existing ferries that
operate within the province of Quebec. The society is
responsible for the mobility of people and merchandise
and ensures reliable, secure, and quality maritime transportation.
TEBMA
SHIPYARDS OF INDIA
Tebma Shipyards of India purchased Autohydro for stability
work on barges. Tebma is engaged in the manufacture
of Crawl Cat amphibian cutter suction dredgers, conventional
dredgers, custom built small to medium size tugs (tugs
up to 45-50 ton bollard pull capacity), barges, launches
etc.
