Autoship to Resell SPAR's Perception
Software Suite
Autoship Systems Corporation (ASC) recently concluded
an agreement with Spar Associates to permit SPAR's Perception
suite of programs to be bundled and sold with ASC's Autostructure
software.
The Perception suite includes four modules: ESTI-MATE,
MAT-PAC, PERT-PAC, and WORK-PAC. These modules perform
cost-estimating, purchasing, scheduling and other management
functions for shipyards.

Autostructure is part of Autoship Systems Corporation's
complete CAD/CAM design suite, which includes Autoship
Pro, Autohydro Pro, Autopower, Autoplate,
and Autostructure programs; together, these programs
have the flexibility and capability demanded by an increasingly
competitive industry.
Our goal is to improve our clients' supply chain process
by allowing them to access design information produced
in Autostructure from the Perception modules.
Using an interface created by ASC, vessel designers
will be able to send part, assembly, drawing and material
lists directly from Autostructure to Perception.
