Unlimited Technical Support
Please contact your authorized Autoship Systems
dealer for technical assistance. For North American

or contact us by telephone at (+1) 604-254-4171 between
08H00 and 17H00 Pacific Standard Time. We recommend
that you send your project files as this will help our
technicians provide quick resolution to your problems.
Software Updates
Autoship Systems is constantly improving the Autoship
suite of CAD/CAM software with product enhancements
and new features. With your MSP software updates, we
will ensure that you benefit from leading edge technology
improvements as well as stay abreast of changing requirements
within your industry.
Documentation Updates
All software updates are accompanied with on-line Help
and updated manuals (where applicable).
Updating Made Easy
Autoship Systems maintains a dedicated FTP site. As
one of our MSP holders, you can access the FTP site
to quickly and easily download the latest software and
documentation updates.
MSP Policy
Your MSP will commence on the day of software purchase,
and will expire at the end of the calendar year. We
will send you a notice reminding you of when your MSP
coverage expires, and offer you an easy method of MSP
renewal.
MSP entitles you to free replacement of damaged disks
and hardware locks. However, we do not replace lost
locks free of charge. We therefore recommend that you
insure your hardware locks against theft.
Training Program
To help you and your team become the most productive
in the least amount of time, we offer training in all
our software. Our highly skilled trainers are available
to train you at your convenience. For more information
on how we can provide you with training tailored to
include your own projects, please contact your authorized

A special note on training: Training is highly recommended
for new users of software. Studies have shown that training
can shorten the learning time of computer-aided software
by a factor of 12:1.
